BOAT TOURS
The section of the river where the tour can be done has an extension of more than 30 km of calm and relaxing waters.
It runs approximately from Cambas (municipality of Oleiros) to the Cabril dam (municipality of Pedrógão Grande) and also passes through the municipality of Pampilhosa da Serra.
At certain times of the year, ruins of houses that were submerged after the construction of the Cabril dam can also be seen.
You can spend all your time observing the fauna and flora, taking pictures, enjoying a drink on board or concentrating on reading.
River trips cost é €80/hour.
The houseboat will be operated by a qualified person, so you can enjoy the tour without worrying about navigation, and has a maximum capacity of 12 people.
